Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BRS SIIGNS, a pioneer in Indian signage and awards manufacturing since 1989. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging with our professional services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement — enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — between BRS SIIGNS (registered at 3, Guru Medical Hall, EVR Road, Puthur, Tennur Post, Tiruchirappalli – 620 017, Tamil Nadu) and the client (any individual, firm, company, or government entity).
Our 100% in-house manufacturing model — aligned with the Make in India initiative — means every project is executed with absolute accountability under one roof. No sub-contracting. No compromised quality. This commitment underpins every clause in these Terms.

Our Premium Services
BRS SIIGNS offers seven core services — all executed with 100% in-house manufacturing and zero sub-contracting. Warranty & Guarantee
At BRS SIIGNS, we stand unequivocally behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our 35+ years of manufacturing experience in Puthur, Trichy, have enabled us to source and verify the finest components available — maintaining stringent local quality control at every production stage. Our components align with ISO 9001 quality management principles.
BRS SIIGNS warranty coverage from the date of installation:
- Flex Printing (Vinyl / UV Flex): 2 Years
- Power Supply (SMPS): 2 Years
- LED Modules & Workmanship: 5–7 Years (depending on the type of LED used)
- Acrylic Materials: 10 Years
- ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels): 12 Years
Warranty covers: LED module failure under normal operating conditions and manufacturing workmanship defects.
Warranty does NOT cover: Physical impact damage, water ingress beyond normal weathering, vandalism, electrical surges, power fluctuations above prescribed limits, or modifications by any party other than BRS SIIGNS.

Signage manufacturing involves globally sourced materials — including stainless steel, aluminium composite panels, acrylic sheets, LED modules, and specialised UV inks. Prices of these raw materials are subject to international commodity market fluctuations published by bodies such as the India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF).
All quotations issued by BRS SIIGNS are valid for 25 (twenty-five) calendar days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is explicitly stated in writing on the quotation document.
After expiry of the validity period, BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to revise prices to reflect current material costs. The original quoted price cannot be guaranteed beyond this window.

Payment Terms
To maintain our standard of excellence and to procure the high-quality materials required for your custom signage project, BRS SIIGNS adheres to a clearly defined payment schedule ensuring that every project is adequately funded for timely, uninterrupted completion.
Payment Structure:
- Advance (70%): Payable before commencement of any design or production work. No work begins without receipt and confirmation of this advance.
- Balance (30%): Payable before delivery or installation of the completed project. Goods will not be dispatched or installed until the balance is cleared.
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Account Payee Cheque. All financial transactions are processed through NPCI-regulated infrastructure and comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for business transactions.

Delivery and Installation
Our 30+ member professionally trained installation crew is equipped to handle complex architectural signage — from ground-level retail frontages to multi-storey building facades — across Tamil Nadu and India. Timely delivery is a hallmark of our 35+ year track record, though it relies on mutual cooperation and site preparation by the client.
Timelines commence only after: (a) receipt and confirmation of the 70% advance payment, and (b) written design approval by the client.
BRS SIIGNS will not be held responsible for delays caused by: client unavailability at the scheduled installation date, restricted or unsafe site access, incomplete civil or masonry work, force majeure events (floods, strikes, government-imposed restrictions), or delayed supply of client-side materials.
Client Responsibilities for Installation (at client's cost):
- Earthing connection and HT/LT power supply up to the sign board location
- Internal wiring materials and control switches
- Suitable working platform or fabricated concrete pillars
- All civil and masonry work, scaffolding, and local labour charges

Design and Approval
Our experienced in-house design team creates detailed technical drawings, 3D renders, and production-ready artwork for every project — whether a 3D metal letter installation, an acrylic edge sign, or a bespoke custom memento. This precision ensures the final product matches your brand identity exactly.
The final design must be approved by the client in writing — via email, WhatsApp message, or physical sign-off — before production commences. Verbal approvals are not accepted as formal sign-off.
Design revision rounds: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included within the initial quoted price. Any revisions beyond two rounds, or design changes requested after written approval, attract an additional charge of 20% of the total order value.
Client artwork: Must be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster format (minimum 300 DPI at output size). BRS SIIGNS accepts no responsibility for output quality resulting from substandard artwork supplied by the client.
We recommend reviewing approved proofs carefully for dimensions, colour codes (Pantone PMS / RAL colour standards), material specifications, and mounting details before granting approval, as changes after approval incur additional costs.
Cancellation Policy & Intellectual Property
All signage and memento products manufactured by BRS SIIGNS are bespoke items produced to individual client specifications. Once materials are cut, engraved, printed, or otherwise fabricated for a specific order, they cannot be repurposed or resold. Intellectual property rights in India are governed by Intellectual Property India under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Cancellation before production commences: A 15% administrative and design fee will be deducted from the advance payment. The remaining 55% (of the 70% advance) will be refunded within 14 working days.
Cancellation after production commences: The advance payment (70%) is strictly non-refundable, as materials have been procured and fabrication hours invested specifically for your order.
Intellectual Property: All design work, artwork, technical drawings, and renders created by BRS SIIGNS remain the exclusive intellectual property of BRS SIIGNS until full payment (100%) is received. Upon receipt of final payment, all design rights for that specific project transfer to the client.
Photography & Promotional Use: BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to photograph and publish completed installations for promotional purposes, unless a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement. Browse our portfolio for examples.
GST & Taxation
BRS SIIGNS operates with 100% legal and fiscal compliance as a registered manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu. All commercial transactions are subject to applicable taxes under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework, administered by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC).
All prices quoted by BRS SIIGNS are exclusive of GST.
Applicable GST Rates:
- Intra-state (within Tamil Nadu): GST @ 18% = CGST 9% + SGST 9%
- Inter-state (outside Tamil Nadu): IGST @ 18%
B2B clients must furnish a valid GSTIN at the time of placing the order to enable Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
Tax invoices compliant with GST regulations will be issued upon project completion and balance payment. Corporate clients may refer to the Income Tax India portal for applicable TDS provisions on payments made to service providers. We are also listed on IndiaMART and JustDial for verified business reference.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
In our 35+ year history, BRS SIIGNS has maintained an exceptional client satisfaction record — evidenced by our 4.84 Google Rating from 25,000+ customers. In the rare event that a disagreement arises, the following protocol shall apply.
Step 1 — Amicable Resolution: Both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve any dispute through direct, good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
Step 2 — Mediation: If amicable resolution fails within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before escalating to litigation.
Step 3 — Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of India.
Notice Requirements: Any formal notice of dispute must be sent in writing to our registered office at 3, Guru Medical Hall, EVR Road, Puthur, Tennur Post, Tiruchirappalli – 620 017, Tamil Nadu, via registered post with acknowledgement due (RPAD).
India's framework for commercial disputes is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Department of Justice, Government of India.
