Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BRS SIIGNS, a pioneer in Indian signage and awards manufacturing since 1989. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging with our professional services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement — enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — between BRS SIIGNS (registered at 3, Guru Medical Hall, EVR Road, Puthur, Tennur Post, Tiruchirappalli – 620 017, Tamil Nadu) and the client (any individual, firm, company, or government entity).

Our 100% in-house manufacturing model — aligned with the Make in India initiative — means every project is executed with absolute accountability under one roof. No sub-contracting. No compromised quality. This commitment underpins every clause in these Terms.

Our Puthur, Trichy facility is equipped with CNC routing, CO₂ and fibre laser systems, UV flatbed printing, and professional metal fabrication equipment. We operate as a registered MSME unit in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) safety guidelines.

Section 4

Quotation Validity

Signage manufacturing involves globally sourced materials — including stainless steel, aluminium composite panels, acrylic sheets, LED modules, and specialised UV inks. Prices of these raw materials are subject to international commodity market fluctuations published by bodies such as the India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF).

Payment Terms

To maintain our standard of excellence and to procure the high-quality materials required for your custom signage project, BRS SIIGNS adheres to a clearly defined payment schedule ensuring that every project is adequately funded for timely, uninterrupted completion.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Account Payee Cheque. All financial transactions are processed through NPCI-regulated infrastructure and comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for business transactions.

Section 6

Delivery and Installation

Our 30+ member professionally trained installation crew is equipped to handle complex architectural signage — from ground-level retail frontages to multi-storey building facades — across Tamil Nadu and India. Timely delivery is a hallmark of our 35+ year track record, though it relies on mutual cooperation and site preparation by the client.

For projects outside Tiruchirappalli, logistics coordination and local site preparation must be confirmed at least 7 working days in advance. View pan-India project examples in our Projects section.

Section 7

Design and Approval

Our experienced in-house design team creates detailed technical drawings, 3D renders, and production-ready artwork for every project — whether a 3D metal letter installation, an acrylic edge sign, or a bespoke custom memento. This precision ensures the final product matches your brand identity exactly.

We recommend reviewing approved proofs carefully for dimensions, colour codes (Pantone PMS / RAL colour standards), material specifications, and mounting details before granting approval, as changes after approval incur additional costs.

Section 8

Cancellation Policy & Intellectual Property

All signage and memento products manufactured by BRS SIIGNS are bespoke items produced to individual client specifications. Once materials are cut, engraved, printed, or otherwise fabricated for a specific order, they cannot be repurposed or resold. Intellectual property rights in India are governed by Intellectual Property India under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Section 9

GST & Taxation

BRS SIIGNS operates with 100% legal and fiscal compliance as a registered manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu. All commercial transactions are subject to applicable taxes under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework, administered by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC).

Tax invoices compliant with GST regulations will be issued upon project completion and balance payment. Corporate clients may refer to the Income Tax India portal for applicable TDS provisions on payments made to service providers. We are also listed on IndiaMART and JustDial for verified business reference.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In our 35+ year history, BRS SIIGNS has maintained an exceptional client satisfaction record — evidenced by our 4.84 Google Rating from 25,000+ customers. In the rare event that a disagreement arises, the following protocol shall apply.

India's framework for commercial disputes is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Department of Justice, Government of India.

Frequently Asked Questions

BRS SIIGNS follows a 70% advance + 30% balance payment structure. The 70% advance is required before any design or production work begins. The remaining 30% balance is due before delivery or installation of the completed project. No work commences without confirmation of the advance payment.
All quotations issued by BRS SIIGNS are valid for 25 calendar days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is explicitly stated in writing. After expiry, BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to revise prices to reflect current material costs. We strongly encourage clients to confirm orders and pay the required advance within the 25-day window to secure quoted rates.
BRS SIIGNS offers industry-leading warranty coverage from the date of installation: 2 years on Flex Printing and Vinyl; 2 years on Power Supply (SMPS); 5–7 years on LED Modules (depending on the type of LED used); 10 years on Acrylic Materials; and 12 years on ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels). Cancellations before production commences incur a 15% administrative and design fee deducted from the advance. The remaining 55% of the 70% advance is refunded within 14 working days. Cancellations after production has begun are non-refundable, as materials have been specifically procured and fabrication hours invested for your order.
Yes. All prices quoted by BRS SIIGNS are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is charged additionally. For intra-state transactions within Tamil Nadu: CGST 9% + SGST 9%. For inter-state transactions outside Tamil Nadu: IGST 18%. B2B clients must provide a valid GSTIN at order placement to enable Input Tax Credit claims.
Up to two rounds of design revisions are included within the initial quoted price. Any revisions beyond two rounds, or design changes requested after formal written approval, attract an additional charge of 20% of the total order value. Final design approval must be given in writing — via email or WhatsApp — before production begins.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, water ingress beyond normal weathering, vandalism, electrical surges, power fluctuations above prescribed limits, or modifications made by any party other than BRS SIIGNS authorised technicians. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED module failure under normal operating conditions only.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes are first attempted through amicable negotiation within 30 days of written notice, then mediation through a mutually agreed mediator, before escalation to litigation. These Terms are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of India.
Clients must provide at their own cost: earthing connection, HT/LT power supply up to the sign board location, internal wiring materials and control switches, a suitable working platform or fabricated concrete pillars, all civil and masonry work, scaffolding, and local labour charges for site preparation. BRS SIIGNS' crew handles the signage fabrication and fitting only.
All design work, artwork, technical drawings, and renders created by BRS SIIGNS remain the exclusive intellectual property of BRS SIIGNS until full payment (100%) is received. Upon receipt of final payment, all design rights for that specific project are transferred to the client. BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to photograph and publish completed installations for promotional purposes unless a mutual NDA is signed before project commencement.
