- Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in fabrication, welding, or assembly from our Trichy factory. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, manufacturing defects entitle the consumer to free repair or replacement.
- Material Degradation: Premature yellowing of acrylic, delamination of ACP, or colour fading of vinyl flex within the specified warranty period.
- Electronic Component Failure: Failure of LEDs or SMPS units under normal operating voltage. The Central Electricity Authority of India (CEA) defines normal voltage as 230V ±10% for single-phase supply.
- Structural Integrity: Failure of mounting brackets or internal frames manufactured and installed by BRS SIIGNS' 30+ installation crew members.
What Is Not Covered
- External Physical Damage: Vandalism, accidents, or impact damage from external objects not related to BRS SIIGNS manufacturing or installation.
- Natural Calamities: Cyclones, floods, and lightning strikes. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) classifies such events as force majeure, outside standard warranty scope.
- Unauthorised Repairs: Maintenance by third-party technicians not authorised by BRS SIIGNS voids the warranty immediately. All repairs must be carried out by our certified team.
- Voltage Fluctuations: Damage from unstable supply without surge protection. We recommend following BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) guidelines for stable electrical installations.

No separate registration is required. Every BRS SIIGNS project is automatically logged in our ERP system at installation. Your invoice is your warranty document, fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Keep your invoice safe — no other registration or paperwork is needed.
Full warranty is only valid when installation is performed by BRS SIIGNS' 30+ dedicated crew members. Third-party installation voids the warranty, as we cannot guarantee correct mounting, wiring, and weather-sealing if performed by others. Our 3D SS / Titanium Gold / Copper Metal Letters are manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel. The PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) finish on Titanium Gold letters follows PVD coating standards for long-term colour retention.
