At BRS SIIGNS Trichy, we believe that a premium signage project begins with trust and financial clarity. Since our establishment in 1989 by Mr. Benjamin in Puthur, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), we have maintained a reputation for integrity spanning over 35 years. This Payment Policy is designed to protect both our clients' interests and our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
As a leading LED sign board manufacturer in Tamil Nadu, we operate a 100% in-house manufacturing facility — we do not sub-contract any part of your project to third parties. Every rupee you invest goes directly into skilled labour, premium raw materials, and the quality control systems that have earned us a 4.84 Google rating from 25,000+ customers. Standard Payment Terms — 70% Advance / 30% Balance
To maintain our rigorous quality standards and secure necessary raw materials — including high-grade SS 304 stainless steel, premium LED modules, imported acrylic, and titanium-plated copper — BRS SIIGNS adheres to the following payment schedule for all projects:
30% Balance Payment — The remaining balance must be cleared immediately after installation is completed at the client's site and signed off by both parties.
This structure allows BRS SIIGNS to dedicate a specialist team and high-end machinery exclusively to your project — ensuring we meet the quality standard reflected in our 16,000+ successful projects across Tamil Nadu. BRS SIIGNS issues a formal receipt for all advance payments in compliance with GST India guidelines.
Accepted Payment Modes
BRS SIIGNS accepts the following payment modes for both the advance and balance instalments. All payments must reference the project quotation number to ensure proper accounting and compliance with Income Tax India regulations.

NEFT / RTGS / IMPS — preferred for large project advances above ₹50,000
UPI

Cheque
Account-payee cheques only. Production begins after cheque clearance (2–3 working days).
Quotation Validity & Price Adjustments
The signage industry is subject to fluctuations in raw material costs — including titanium-gold PVD-coated sheets, copper, stainless steel, and specialised LED components from manufacturers listed on the IndiaMART marketplace. Therefore, all quotations carry a firm validity window:
All quotations issued by BRS SIIGNS are valid for 25 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Should a project be delayed beyond this 25-day window without a confirmed advance payment, BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to revise rates in accordance with current market material costs. We encourage clients to finalise orders within this period to lock in pricing and secure a production slot. Clients in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, or other Tamil Nadu cities who cannot visit in person can confirm orders via WhatsApp and transfer the advance digitally.
GST & Taxation Compliance
BRS SIIGNS is a GST-registered entity operating within the Indian GST framework administered by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). Transparency in billing is our priority:
- Exclusive Pricing: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation document.
- GST Rate: GST @ 18% is charged additionally on the final invoice. Intra-state within Tamil Nadu: CGST 9% + SGST 9%. Inter-state (outside Tamil Nadu): IGST 18%.
- B2B Input Credit: Clients requiring GST input tax credit must provide a valid GSTIN and correct billing address at the time of order confirmation.
- HSN/SAC Code: Applicable HSN codes for signage manufacturing are printed on all tax invoices for your records and compliance with MSME India guidelines.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since BRS SIIGNS products — including 3D metal letters, custom mementos, and acrylic edge signs — are bespoke and manufactured to exact client specifications, they cannot be resold. Our refund policy reflects this reality fairly:
- Post-Production Cancellation: Advance payments are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced or materials have been specifically ordered for your project.
- Pre-Production Cancellation: If a client cancels before production begins, a 15% administrative and design fee is deducted from the advance payment to cover overheads and initial design hours. The balance is refunded.
Delivery & Installation Timelines
Our commitment to delivering 16,000+ projects on schedule is a hallmark of BRS SIIGNS across Tamil Nadu. However, timelines are strictly dependent on financial milestones and site readiness.
The delivery and installation clock begins only after receipt of the 70% advance payment AND final design approval from the client. BRS SIIGNS is not liable for delays caused by:
- Client unavailability for site measurements or installation appointments.
- Restricted site access or absence of necessary power supply at the installation location.
- Unforeseen civil work required before signage can be mounted on walls or structures.
- Force Majeure events — including natural disasters, government mandates, or labour strikes — as defined under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution amicably through direct consultation with our management. If resolution cannot be reached, all legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable consumer protection provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

BRS SIIGNS follows a 70% advance + 30% balance payment structure. The 70% advance is required before production begins to secure materials and production slots. The 30% balance is due immediately after installation is completed and signed off at the client's site.
All quotations are valid for 25 days from the date of issue. After this period, BRS SIIGNS reserves the right to revise rates based on current raw material costs. We recommend confirming your order within this window to lock in the quoted price. Contact us to confirm your order.
Yes. GST at 18% is charged additionally on all final invoices. Tamil Nadu (intra-state) orders attract CGST 9% + SGST 9%. Inter-state orders attract IGST 18%. All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. Clients requiring input tax credit must provide a valid GSTIN at the time of order.
Post-production cancellations are non-refundable as materials are custom-ordered for each project. Pre-production cancellations incur a 15% administrative fee deducted from the advance, with the remaining advance refunded. Contact us early for the best resolution.

All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. BRS SIIGNS first attempts to resolve all disputes amicably through management consultation. Contact us directly to resolve any concern quickly.
BRS SIIGNS accepts bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), and account-payee cheques. All transactions must reference the project quotation number for proper accounting. Cash payments exceeding ₹2,00,000 are subject to TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act, 1961. A formal GST receipt is issued for every payment received.
Design charges are typically included in the project quotation for standard signage projects. Installation charges may be quoted separately depending on site location, mounting height, structural complexity, and travel distance from our Trichy facility. All charges are clearly itemised in the formal quotation before any advance is collected.
Any change in project scope, dimensions, materials, or design after advance payment may result in a revised quotation. Additional charges for scope changes must be settled before modified work commences. BRS SIIGNS will formally communicate all revised costs in writing for the client's approval before proceeding with any changes.
Yes. BRS SIIGNS provides industry-leading warranty coverage: 2 years on flex printing and vinyl, 2 years on power supply (SMPS), 5–7 years on LEDs depending on type, 10 years on acrylic, and 12 years on ACP.
